Property Manager
Administers and maintains all phases of community operations to include personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising and resident relations.
Maintenance Supervisor
Primary responsibilities include hands-on maintenance of community, including overall inspection, repair and general maintenance of market-ready apartments and other interior/exterior areas.
Assistant Manager
Works closely with Property Manager in learning all aspects of management, including administrative and financial duties, such as collecting rents and making deposits. On two-person property will also act as Leasing Consultant.
Maintenance Technician
Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status.
Leasing Consultant
Interacts directly with prospective resident and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Acts as company representative by conveying the benefits of the community. Responsible for leasing process from application to residency.
Punch Technician
Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handling of service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to make-ready status.
